How can I make an order?
To make an order in our e-shop you must be registered. Your info will be kept for future orders.

How can I register?
It is very easy to register in our website. Click on “register” and just follow the easy steps on screen and remember to have your payment and address details on hand.

How can I change my personal information?
Click on “My Account”, there, you can change your password, email as well as your shipping and billing address.

What size do I have to choose?
Go check our size chart in the product page. But, if you still have any question, contact us any time.

What if the size I want is out of stock?

We suggest you to request the automatic email by clicking on the desired size and adding you to the waiting list, in case it is available again.

How do I pay for my order?

Currently, our methods of payment are:

      -Debit or credit card using paypal.

      -Paypal account

      -Cash on delivery, this method has a supplement, 2% of the total amount with a minimum of 2€ (only available for Spain).

How can I use my voucher?

Before finish your order you will find a field to introduce your voucher and get your discount.

How do I know my order is done correctly?

You will receive a dispatch confirmation from our warehouse once your order it is processed.

Currently our online shop ships to EUROPE.

How much are the shipping cost?

When is my order sent?

If your order is placed from Monday to Friday (no bank holiday) before 5 pm, it will be dispatched on that day. All orders placed from Friday 5 pm until Sunday, will be dispatched the next working day.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

How do I return a product?

If your order is still in the return period of 14 days, to make a return you have to go to "History of your orders".

- In your order list, click on "RETURN PRODUCT" of the order you want to return.

- Choose the product you want to return.

- You have two options to send us the product for return:

Managed by Minueto. With delivery at Correos or pick up at home with Correos Express. We will send you a shipping code and you will only have to take the parcel to your nearest Correos office and indicate this code in the first case or wait for a Correos Express courier picking it up to your address. (Option valid only for Spain and the Balearic Islands).

By your own means. You have to send the parcel back to our address:

- Indicate the option you want, and we will manage it.

- Indicate any comments you want to make to us.

- Finally, confirm the request by clicking on "SEND REQUEST".

How long do I have to return an item?

All returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

What I have to do to change the size of a product?

If your order is still in the return period of 14 days, to make a size change you have to go to "History of your orders".

- In your order list, click on "CHANGE SIZE" of the order you want to make the change.

- In the change form, click on "CHOOSE NEW SIZE" of the product you want to change.

- It will take you to the product sheet, choose your new size, click on "CHANGE SIZE" and then on "RETURN TO THE SIZE CHANGE FORM".

Indicate any comments you want to make, such as changing the shipping and collection address.

- Finally, send the request by clicking on "SEND REQUEST".

A new order with the new size will be generated, and a courier will bring you the parcel and ask you back for the parcel with the size returned, please have it prepared. (Option valid only for Spain and the Balearic Islands).

For the rest of the countries, you will have to send the parcel back to our address:

- As soon as we receive the parcel, we will send you the new size for free.

Can I return or exchange my order at a Minueto point of sale?

Returns or exchanges of products purchased in our online store, are only allowed to be made through it.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

Returns and first size changes are free in Iberial Peninsule and Balearic Islands.

Under what conditions should I return the products?

It is imperative that the returned products are in their original packaging, with all their accessories and labels. They must not be used, damaged, stained, or with body odor or perfume. If from Minueto we detected that the product has been used, we would proceed to the cancellation of the return. 

In case of changing it for another size, the shipping costs of the new garment are at our expense.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

To cancel your order, contact us HERE. Unfortunately we can not modify an order once it has been sent; This includes changing the size / color of an item, removing an item, changing the shipping address or payment method.

Can I exchange my item for another instead of receiving a refund?

No, we do not have the option to change a product for a different one.

What happens if there is a price modification after having placed my order?

In an order, the price presented at the time it was made is valid. Unfortunately we can not make price adjustments later for the requested items.
