If your order is placed from Monday to Friday (no bank holiday) before 5 pm, it will be dispatched on that day. All orders placed from Friday 5 pm until Sunday, will be dispatched the next working day.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If your order is within the return period, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number. We will send you an email with the necessary instructions to make the return.
All returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
If you are not satisfied with the garment, you can make a change of size for free. You can expand the information in our section of Shipping and Returns.
Returns or exchanges of products purchased in our online store, are only allowed to be made through it.
Returns are free in Iberial Peninsule and Balearic Islands.
In other areas, you sould ship by your own means. You can send us the return by another shipping method that you choose.
It is imperative that the returned products are in their original packaging, with all their accessories and labels. They must not be used, damaged, stained, or with body odor or perfume. If from Minueto we detected that the product has been used, we would proceed to the cancellation of the return. You could always claim your product by paying shipping and processing fees.
In case of changing it for another size, the shipping costs of the new garment are at our expense.
To cancel your order, contact us at email@example.com. Unfortunately we can not modify an order once it has been sent; This includes changing the size / color of an item, removing an item, changing the shipping address or payment method.
Yes, we can change a garment for a different one, you have to follow the steps of the returns and return to make another order to receive the one you want.
In case of changing it for another size, both the collection costs and the shipping of the new garment are free.
In an order, the price presented at the time it was made is valid. Unfortunately we can not make price adjustments later for the requested items.
