To purchase from our online store Minueto you must register in it. Your data will be saved and your future purchases will be faster.

You can register and buy in our online store very easily, you must click on Login, then on "Create account" and enter your personal data (name, surname, email address and date of birth). Also choose a password for future purchases.

By accessing "My account" and in the section "Information", you can modify your password, your email address, as well as all your shipping and billing details.

You can consult our size guide on the product page. The size guide corresponds to the measurements of the product, not the body. That’s why the size guide is unique for each garment. Measure your body shape and decide which size fits best. If you still have questions, you can contact us at any time. 

We advise you to request the automatic notification by clicking on the desired size and add your email to the waiting list, in case it is available again.

You can also search for the product name on Google to see which multi-brand stores are still available. 

Currently our payment methods are:

SHIPMENTS

Our online shop ships all over Europe (except places with restrictions and complications for reasons beyond our company).

We ship to the Canary Islands, to be able to choose this shipment you must select the option "Spain (Canary Islands)" in the "Country" section when registering the shipping address and also when entering the web and choosing the language. 

Currently no deliveries to Ceuta and Melilla are available.

If you placed your order from Monday to Friday (not on public holidays) before 2:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day. All orders placed from Friday at 2:00 PM until Sunday will be shipped the following business day.

To cancel your order, please contact us through our CONTACT form. Unfortunately, we cannot modify an order once it has been shipped; this includes changing the size/color of an item, deleting an item, changing the shipping address or payment method.

CHANGE OF SIZE

If your order is within the 14-day return period, to request a size exchange you must go to “Order History”.

In your order list, click on the order that contains the item you want to exchange. Inside the order, you will see all purchased items. At the bottom of the order, click “EXCHANGE SIZE”. Select the new size you would like to receive. Add any comments you consider necessary. Finally, submit the request by clicking “SUBMIT REQUEST”.

Once the request has been submitted, a new order with the requested size will be automatically generated.

Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands

The size exchange is carried out at home through a delivery-with-collection service. The courier will deliver the new size at the time of delivery. At the same time, they will collect the item in the original size for return. The courier will provide the label required for the return of the package.

Canary Islands

Size exchanges are not available. In this case, you must return the item and place a new order with the desired size.

Europe 1

Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece and Sweden. Size exchanges are not available. You must return the item and place a new order with the correct size.

Europe 2

Rest of Europe. Size exchanges are not available. You must return the item and place a new order with the correct size.

The deadline for requesting a size change is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

The cost of returns and the first size exchange (both pickup and delivery of the new size) is completely FREE for orders within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

For all other countries, you must return the item and place a new order for the desired size.

Unlike the return, in the size change the label is delivered to you by the carrier.

Just wait for the carrier to deliver you the new size and have the package with the previous size ready to put the label given by the carrier. 

In the Canary Islands and outside Spain, size exchanges are not available. In these cases, you must request a return and place a new order for the desired size.

Once the return has been requested through your “Order History”, the return label will be automatically generated and sent to your email so you can manage the shipment of the package.

You can drop off the package at nearby lockers or drop-off points using the generated return label, or ship it following the instructions provided in the confirmation email.

You can also return the item on your own, sending it via a standard shipping service to the following address: Minueto, Ctra. de Mahora, km. 2, 02005, Albacete (Spain).

RETURNS

If your order is within the 14-day return period, to request a return you must go to “Order History”.

In your order list, click on the order containing the items you want to return. Inside the order you will see all purchased items. At the bottom of the order, click “RETURN PRODUCT”. Select the items you wish to return. Add any comments you consider necessary. Finally, submit the request by clicking “SUBMIT REQUEST”.

Once the request has been submitted, the return will be automatically created and the label will be sent to your email.

Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands

Returns are free. A courier will collect the package at the provided address. You can also return it at nearby lockers or drop-off points using the return label generated, which will be sent to your email after completing the return request on the website.

Europe 1

Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece and Sweden. Returns are free. The return label is automatically generated and sent by email after completing the request. You can drop off the package at nearby lockers or drop-off points using the provided label.

Europe 2

Rest of Europe. Returns have a cost of €7.95. The return label is automatically generated and sent by email after completing the request. You can drop off the package at nearby lockers or drop-off points using the provided label.

If you prefer, you can also arrange the return on your own, although we recommend using the automated label as it is faster and easier.

The deadline for requesting a refund is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. 

Once the return has been requested, the deadline to deliver the garments to the transport company, whether collection at home or delivery to the post office, is 14 calendar days from when we sent you the label. 

Mainland Spain & Balearic Islands

Returns are free. The first size exchange is also free.

Canary Islands

Europe 1

In Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece and Sweden, returns are free.

Rest of Europe. Return cost is €7.95.

It is essential that the returned products are in their original packaging, with all accessories and labels. They must not be worn, damaged, stained, or have a body odor or perfume. If Minueto detects that the product has been used, we will proceed to cancel the return. 

If you change it to another size, the shipping costs for the new item are at our expense.

No, we only allow returns and exchanges for products purchased in our online store.

In an order, the price presented at the time it was placed is valid. Unfortunately, we are unable to make price adjustments for the ordered items at a later date.

No, we do not have the option to exchange one item for a different one. You will need to return the item that you do not want to stay and place a new order.
