1. Ownership of the Domain

In compliance with Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE) and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), we inform you that the ownership of the domain of our online store, minueto.es, belongs to Ingo Team S.L., with Tax ID B02567196 (hereinafter, Minueto).

2. Purpose and Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use are intended to regulate the provision of the information supplied in the online store, as well as the commercial transactions that arise between our company and the users of the minueto.es domain.

Both browsing the online store and purchasing any of the products offered on it imply the unconditional acceptance of each and every one of these general contracting and use conditions.

Minueto may modify the website to make any changes and modifications it deems appropriate and necessary for its proper functionality, without prior notice.

3. Order Placement

To place an order, it is necessary to connect to minueto.es and, preferably, register as a user by completing the electronic form. However, Minueto may enable the "Guest Checkout" option, requesting only the essential data for order processing.

All prices published on our website include VAT. In the event of a price reduction, the previous price indicated will be the lowest price applied by Minueto to that product during the last 30 calendar days.

The prices and offers presented on the website are valid exclusively for online orders placed on minueto.es. Order validation expressly implies the knowledge and acceptance of these general conditions.

4. Shipping Methods, Delivery Times and Payments

Products are shipped to the address indicated by the customer. Minueto establishes a maximum order execution period of thirty calendar days from the date of the request.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

The order processing schedule is from 09:30h to 14:00h. Orders placed outside this time frame will be processed on the next working day.

Value Added Tax and Invoicing

Deliveries are understood to be located in the territory where Spanish VAT applies, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The VAT rate applied will be the one legally in force.

Cancellation and Modification

An order that has already been shipped cannot be modified. If cancellation is received before the goods leave our facilities, there will be no charges. If it is later, the customer will bear the shipping and return costs.

Impossibility of Delivery

If after 15 days the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to Minueto, the contract will be considered terminated. Payments made will be refunded, except for additional costs derived from special delivery methods chosen by the customer.

Exclusion of Liability for Force Majeure

Minueto's fulfillment of its obligations will be suspended in the event of force majeure that prevents or delays the delivery of orders. In these cases, Minueto will inform the customer and the delivery period will be extended.

If the delay exceeds 15 days, the customer may request cancellation and a refund of the order.

Payments

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Credit or debit card under secure electronic commerce protocols SCA according to PSD2 regulations.
• Paypal.
• Bizum.
• Cash on delivery, with a 2% surcharge on the order amount and a minimum of €2. Available only for peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands.

All payments must be made in euros, regardless of the country from which the purchase is made.

Customs and Import Duties

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or international destinations outside the European Union, the customer will be responsible for the corresponding customs and import duties.

Minueto is not responsible for these additional costs.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The return cost is free in peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands.

Procedure

To proceed with the return, you must access the ORDER HISTORY section, select the order and submit the return request.

You can also contact us by attaching the completed withdrawal form.

Exceptions

For hygiene and health reasons, returns of unsealed products that are not suitable for return will not be accepted, such as makeup, earrings, underwear or bathroom items if the protector is removed.

The customer will be responsible for any decrease in value resulting from handling other than that necessary to verify the nature and characteristics of the garment.

Defective Products of Origin

If the received product does not conform to what was stipulated, the customer must contact us immediately indicating the product details and the damage detected.

We will examine the product and notify you by email whether the return or replacement is appropriate.

Amounts paid for defective products will be fully refunded, including delivery costs.

Size Changes

The customer may request a size change from the ORDER HISTORY section, subject to stock availability.

6. Warranties

The contractual warranty offered is that established in Royal Legislative Decree 7/2021. Minueto will be liable for non-conformities that appear within three years from delivery.

A product will be considered non-conforming when it is not suitable for normal uses, does not match the description provided, or does not present the expected quality.

7. Online Dispute Resolution

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution.

8. Applicable Legislation

Purchases made on minueto.es are subject to Spanish legislation.

In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those established by the applicable regulations on consumer matters.

For purchases made outside the European Union and that do not qualify as a consumer, both parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.

10. Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Use and Validity

The Minueto Gift Card is valid exclusively for purchases on minueto.es and can be used until the available balance is exhausted.

It cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Expiry

The Gift Card has no expiry date.

Return of the Gift Card

The return of the Gift Card will only be possible if it has not been used and within the legal 14-calendar-day withdrawal period.

Returns of Orders Paid with Gift Card

Products purchased with a Gift Card are subject to the same return policy as the rest of the items.

The amount will be returned to the same Gift Card or through a new credit note.

Loss, Theft or Damage

The responsibility for the custody and use of the Gift Card corresponds exclusively to the person who possesses it.

Minueto is not responsible for loss, theft, damage or unauthorized use.
