Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Standard shipping costs are as follows:

Shipping Methods
- Home delivery: Receive your order comfortably at the address of your choice.
- Pickup Point: Choose to receive your order at a Pickup Point or in a locker.
Schedule
The order processing schedule is until 14:00 h. Orders placed after that time will be processed on the next working day.
If the order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it will be processed starting from the first working day.
Taxes and Duties
All orders from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, United Kingdom, Gibraltar and countries outside the EU may be subject to additional duties and customs taxes.
These charges are calculated by the customs authorities. From Minueto, we have no control over these fees and cannot estimate the cost, as each customs policy and the rates vary by country.
You can contact your local customs office to check the updated rates before placing your order and thus avoid unexpected costs.
We do our best to include the necessary documentation and any other requirements from the local authorities for delivery at destination. For this reason, we may need some personal information (DNI or passport number) for international documentation.
Changes and Returns
To manage a change or return, go to the Order History section in your account and select the corresponding order. Below each product you will find the options “Change” or “Return” to process the request quickly and easily.
Returns
Returns can be made conveniently through a delivery point or using automatic lockers (recommended option for its convenience and speed).
The return service is free.
Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, with their original labels and properly packaged to ensure protection during transport. The company reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Size Changes
In the case of a size change, both the collection of the garment and the shipping of the new size are completely FREE for orders in peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal.
For orders shipped outside Spain (Europe 1, Europe 2 and Canary Islands), there is no option for direct size change. In these cases, the process must be carried out as follows:
- Request the return of the received item.
- Place a new order with the desired size.
No changes from one item to a different reference are accepted. In this case you must process it as a return and place a new order with the desired item.
Return Period
The period to request a return is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
Once the return has been requested, the period to deliver the garments to the transport company, either by home collection or delivery at a Post Office, is 14 calendar days from the issuance of the label.
Minueto reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the established period, or garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were sent.
Refund
After approving the return, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the goods.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the order, except for cash on delivery payments, where it will be made by bank transfer.
The full amount of the returned products will be refunded, including the initial shipping costs if any.
