Changes and Returns

To manage a change or a return, go to the Order History section in your account and select the corresponding order. Below each product you will find the options “Change” or “Return” to process the request quickly and easily.

Returns

Returns can be made conveniently through a delivery point or using automatic lockers (recommended option for its convenience and speed).

The return service is free.

Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, with their original labels and properly packaged to ensure protection during transport. The company reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Period

The period to request a return is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

Once the request has been approved, you will have another 14 calendar days to deliver the package to the transport company, either by home collection or delivery at a Post Office.

Minueto reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition as when they were sent.

Return Costs

The return is free in Peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands, Portugal and Europe 1.

A return label or QR code will be automatically generated, which you can use to deliver the package at the nearest available pickup point or locker.

For Canary Islands, the return cost is €8.95, which will be deducted from the refund.

Size Changes

In the case of a size change, both the collection of the garment and the shipping of the new size are completely FREE for orders in peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal.

For orders shipped outside Spain (Europe 1, Europe 2 and Canary Islands), there is no option for direct size change. In these cases, the process must be carried out as follows:

  1. Request the return of the received item.
  2. Place a new order with the desired size.

Changes from one item to a different reference are not accepted. In this case you must process it as a return and place a new order with the desired item.

Refund

Once the return has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the goods.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the order, except for cash on delivery payments, where it will be made by bank transfer.

The full amount of the returned products will be refunded, including the initial shipping costs if any.
